Hello, my name is Carly Cheeseman and I am a professionally qualified massage therapist covering a wide area of the southwest of London.

If you live and work in this part of the world, then you’re probably no stranger to a lifestyle that is to some extent afflicted by stress. Now, whereas a modicum of stress is actually a good thing (it’s what keeps us on our toes and out of danger), when it too often involves what amounts to days of complete chaos or perhaps something more chronic and debilitating, it’s not much fun for the sufferer. What’s more, left unchecked it has a tendency to feed on itself, growing inexorably and often developing into more serious conditions, both physical and mental.

That’s where I can help. My philosophy is simple: prevention is better than cure and maintenance of the mind, body and soul is the key to a healthier life. In order to better pursue those goals, I’ve learned to listen to my patients.

An early interest in anatomy and physiology led me to undertake additional study in Swedish body massage and other holistic therapies, including:

• Reflexology
• Indian head massage
• Reiki
• Manual lymphatic drainage
• Massage in pregnancy

I hold certificates of proficiency in all the above therapies and am a member of, and insured by, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.

I believe in making myself available for the convenience of my clients, not the other way round. That’s why I offer my treatments in the evenings (every weekday between 5.00 and 9.00pm) and on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, because I practise at three different premises, you won’t have to travel inordinately far to visit me. I have treatment rooms in Cobham and Surbiton which are easy to find.
